Lifestyle Newborn photos in Studio as a Family of Five

Brittany was in search of a photographer, four years ago! She found me on facebook and i am so grateful for that. I have been photographing them ever since.

As a family, as a growing family and as a family welcoming their newest members. Its been amazing growing with them as their family grew. Brittany was doing a mommy and me session with me when she brought along an ultrasound and announced they were expecting their third baby. From that moment she mentioned newborn photos. At the time we had no plans to leave Colorado but things quickly changed.

The moment i knew there was a big change effecting this session planned i let Her know and we booked the newborn session accordingly. She was due with their baby girl very close to my last Colorado Trip in November. We had things booked since at least September, and she messages me a few days before that little lady is not here yet and the would not be inducing her until after i would already be back in North Carolina. I sent back and said don’t worry we will figure it out rather its me an or associate photographer we would capture these memories. But i said i Hope she comes tonight. WELL…. Baby girl did just that. We moved the plans around and decided to do these photos at my Favorite Studio in Westminster, CO.

When they arrived you could tell it was a lot. I mean she had a baby TWO DAYS before this. If you have had a baby you know how difficult leaving the house is. Let alone when you have three kids in tow. She said to me, “I almost cancelled on you.” Honestly i would not have blamed her if she needed to do that, am sure it was a lot. But by the end she said,” I am so glad we did these cause they moment matter, we just don’t realize how fast they grow.” Which is so very true. You will blink and your baby is a totally different little human…. Walking, talking, feeding themselves. We often forget how important those tiny little dry feet are, and those feature that will never be that way again.
